Institutions in Canada routinely issue official transcripts. Please make arrangements for the issuing institutions to send all documents which apply to your educational history and issued in the official language of the province. Submit the official transcripts in their sealed envelopes to ACEI. If you plan to request documents regarding your secondary education, please refer to this additional information regarding province-specific transcript request procedures.
Quebec – For post-secondary studies in Quebec, official transcripts of CEGEP and Diplome d’Etudes Collegiale in addition to official transcripts of university (if completed), must be provided with official English translations if documents are issued in French.
Ontario – For secondary studies completed prior to 1982 in Ontario, official/original or attested copies (with 2 complete sets of photocopies) must be provided in addition to any official college/university transcripts.
