Is ACEI open?
Yes! ACEI is observing the “Stay at Home” Order and we are working remotely.
Is it okay to mail my original or official academic records?
Yes. While it is recommended that you have your institution issue official electronic records directly to us, you may also send them via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
If you are submitting your records electronically, they may be emailed as full color scans (front and back), in PDF format, to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you prefer to send them via post, the address is: ACEI, Box 188, 9461 Charleville Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90212.
How long will my evaluation take to complete?
The standard processing time to complete an academic evaluation is minimum of seven (7) business days after receipt, review and approval of all documents and payment in full. We also offer two types of RUSH services (such as one business day/24-hour and three business days) to expedite the processing time. See section RUSH Service.
Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. U.S. PST Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends. See section HOLIDAY SCHEDULE.
If you have received an email regarding any missing documentation and/or fees, please take this time to obtain the necessary materials.
